Support and development

The implemented system is the first step. The second is to make effective use of the investment. To reap the benefits that the system can bring, it is essential to ensure its smooth operation and development and to adapt to changing conditions. User support is also key.

We therefore provide operational support on two levels:

  • technical – ensuring system functionality, regular prophylaxis, incident resolution, administrator support
  • consultative – how the system is used with users, development requirements and solution architecture

We provide SLA guarantee and we have set procedures for managing service requests, which are linked to the customer’s processes. Agility is also evident here, we want to keep the distance between user and solver as short as possible.
