Our work results in systems and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. They are built on the Microsoft platform, which provides a wide range of services and capabilities. Therefore, we focus on a good analysis and understanding of user needs in the implementation process, which we then use as a basis for designing the optimal solution. We approach each customer individually and propose a suitable implementation method for them. We draw on recommended practices (PMI, Prince 2) and especially our own experience. Depending on the conditions and nature of the project, we usually choose an iterative approach with agile principles, and in some cases a predictive model.
